First: Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged, broken, or contains a clear manufacturing defect.
- Receiving a product different from the original order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
- The store covers the shipping costs if the reason for exchange is due to the store (order error or manufacturing defect).
- In other cases, the customer bears the shipping costs for both ways.
Second: Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products (candles and aromatic diffusers), products cannot be returned or exchanged after being opened or used, to maintain quality and ensure the safety of others.
A product can be returned and a refund issued only in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or broken upon delivery.
- Receiving a product different from the order.
- The refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the product within a maximum of 14 business days, and the amount will be transferred to the same payment method used for the order.
Third: Cases Not Covered by Exchange or Return
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Customized orders or products specifically designed for the customer.
- Discounted products within final sale offers.
- Products that were stored or handled incorrectly after delivery.
